BUSINESS PROBLEM
The current platform presentcomplex solutionswith poor user experience and low adoption. Customization features are overlooked iwth slow turn around times for delivery and pick-up options, results in slow traffic and small portion of the market on the current online platform.
Defining the business problem made us realize that in order to provide a superior end to end experience, print providers need a solution that considers all channels, uses data to simplify the decision making process, and at the same time, it integrates with their production software to maximize speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
MISSION
Deliver a frictionless, flexible, & high performing document printing Omni channel (web, mobile, and email) experience for all Staples customers.
Business Value Goals
- Increase total traffic to documents 15% by optimizing for mobile
- Increase traffic to document a further 10% by improving the lead in from the C&P home page
- Improve overall conversion 11% by optimizing checkout flow and reducing abandonment from 30% to 25%
